Dear Big Sandy School Community,
We have had a good start to our school year! Academics and extra-curricular activities are rolling.
Our enrollment is down 26 students compared to the same time last year; however, our current enrollment is the same compared to two years ago.
2023 School Board Elections
We will be having school board elections in November for three openings.

Employment Opportunities
We filled all of our teaching positions during the spring; we now have a need for a daily small vehicle driver (a CDL license is not required), substitute bus drivers, substitute teachers ($125 a day) and a junior high girls’ basketball assistant coach.
