With restrictions to enter the school building we have set up a plan for locker clean out and pick up.
Student Belongings Pickup Schedule
Secondary teachers will be cleaning out ALL students lockers and gym lockers. We will place all the belongings in a bag (or bags) labeled with each student’s name.
Pick up will be on May 26 and May 27 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. for ALL secondary students.
High School & Junior High Student Pickup Areas
High school bags will be placed outside the admin doors by the gym, and junior high bags will be placed outside the main entrance doors.
All you need to do to pick up is to drive through the circular driveway and a staff member will place the items in your car during that time.
If you are unable to pickup your student’s belongings during that time, you will need to call the main office, 541-2291, to arrange pickup by May 29.
Any belongings left in the the building after May 29 will be donated or placed in the trash depending on the items.
End of Instruction Date & Deadline for submitting missing Assignments
As a reminder–no new assignments will be given after Friday, May15th.
If your child is caught up and has turned everything in they will get the green light from their teacher that they are done for the school year.
If your child has any missing assignments they will have until May 29 (Seniors – May 22) to get any work turned in.
Grades are being updated in Infinite Campus, please check your parent portal for grade updates.
Virtual Prom
We know that many of you were sad to miss out on prom this year—so get ready…the Junior Class has planned a virtual prom for all juniors and seniors!!
Get ready!!
Saturday, May 23rd at 7 p.m. juniors and seniors are invited to join the virtual prom. Coronation will begin at 7 p.m. with the ‘quaran-king and quaran-queen. All juniors and seniors will be getting emailed invites and information from Mrs. Bauer with all the details
CUBS Crew Dance
The Cubs Crew would like to invite all junior high students for one last harrah for the school year!
They will be hosting a zoom dance on Friday, May 15 at 7 p.m
Students will be getting a zoom invite for the dance through their school email on Friday from Mrs. Swennes.
They must login to the zoom call using their name.
Families are invited to dance with us. We will be playing 6-8 dance type songs (sorry no slow songs). We just want this to be a fun time to end the school year.
Graduation
Please read Mr. Wilson’s update on graduation. Please know that we are doing all we can to have a graduation in place to celebrate your children.
As soon as we know if our graduation is approved we will be sharing that information with a plan of how we will be proceeding with our graduation ceremony.
