Governor Polis announced yesterday/today that we will remain on online learning and paper packets for the remainder of this school year. We now are working with Elbert County on graduation arrangements and will communicate with everyone as soon as we have specific details.
Permanent Sign Up for Lunches
If you plan to receive lunches every day, you may put a message in the “Comment Section” or check the appropriate box that you want to be permanently included for lunches every day and that way you won’t need to fill out this form each week. As a reminder, children do not have to qualify for the Free and Reduced Lunch Program in order to get lunches. If you have not already signed up for Thursday pick up, please sign up using the following link for the Grab and Go Lunch form or call 541-2291 and leave a message.
Drop Off, Delivery and Pick Up of Paper Packets
The usage of the drop box at the school is going well. Town of Simla students please drop off all of your completed work using the drop box in front of the school; students living outside of Simla may use it if it is more convenient for you. Bus drivers will be coming around tomorrow morning, Wednesday, to drop off new paper packets and to pick up completed paper packets at the normal times. Mrs. Swennes and Mrs. Tucker will be going through Simla on Wednesday morning dropping off new paper packets between 9:00-12:00.
