Thank you for joining our team in educating your children.  We couldn’t have succeeded without your help.  Together, we achieve great things!

Dear Parents,

Personally, I would like to thank each and every one of you for your help over the last few weeks.  Each of you were thrust into a position that was difficult and challenging.  Frustration and overwhelming feelings were expressed as each day passed.  However, you, as OUR PARENTS, have embraced the opportunity set before you and have persevered. You are the best!!!

End Dates for Elementary School Year

As the school year draws to a close, I would like to make you aware of some dates and information.

Elementary instruction will formally end on Friday, May 15th.  Late work will be accepted through May 20th without any late penalties.

All work must be received by May 20th for the student to receive credit.  Students will still be able and encouraged to work on Lexia and Moby Max through the summer months.

Pickup of Student Belongings

In order for students to pick up their belongings, a schedule has been developed.

Each student will have a paper bag with all of their things in it.  At the times specified below, you may come up with your child to pick up their bags.

Teachers will be located in front of the elementary wing and available to answer any questions.

Back to school information, report cards, and yearly awards will also be placed in students’ bags.   Siblings’ bags will be placed together so families will only have to make one trip to the school for pickup.

Health Department Restrictions

Due to health department restrictions, parents and students will not be allowed in the building beyond the front office.  Anything that needs to be turned in can be placed in the drop box.  Other business can be handled in the front office.

It saddens us, myself and teachers, that we will not be able to close out the 2019-2020 school year with your kiddos.  However, we look forward, with anticipation, to meeting with students in the fall.

Hopefully, the summer will bring much needed rest and relaxation to all!

See you soon!
