Event Information
- What: Christmas Time Charity project – each grade creates a care basket for donation
- When: Now until December 18, 2025
- Where: Simla School (students bring items to their teacher)
- Who: All Simla School students and families
- Purpose: Help students focus on giving to others during the holiday season by creating care baskets for families at Children’s Hospital
What to Bring
- Bag of popcorn
- Puzzle books (crossword, sudoku, etc.)
- Coloring books
- Packaged snacks
- Hand sanitizer
- Toys
- Chapstick
- Magazines
- Gum/Mints
- Books
- Cozy socks
- Notebook and pens
- Stuffed animals
- Personal care items (hairbrush, toothbrush)
Items NOT Accepted
- Foods containing allergens
- Home-baked goods
- Strong-scented items (perfume, essential oils, etc.)
- Loud toys
How It Works
Each grade (not individual classes) will create a care basket to donate to families at Children’s Hospital. Please send items with your student to give to their teacher between now and December 18, 2025.
Grades: Elementary, High School, Junior High
